JOB TITLE: Sales Representative / Internal Sales
LOCATION:
Johannesburg - Head Office - Wadeville
Durban Branch - Westmead
Cape Town Branch - Paarden Eiland
AVAILIBILITY: Immediately
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric or equivalent.
- Higher degree / Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering would be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Commercial calling and sales experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry would be a high advantage
- Work Well under pressure and be able to manage time and workload
- Be able to deliver competent and professional presentations at all levels
- Establish image of professionalism and reliability towards customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Ability to present, negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Be technically minded
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To represent the company as a highly professional and effective sales consultant
- Calling directly on and dealing with existing customers
- Create sales opportunities and grow the client base by going out to the designated area to canvas for new business
- Maintaining and updating client database
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Achievement of agreed sales targets
- Keeping a diary
- Maintaining activity reports
- Liaise with management on a consistent basis
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Own reliable vehicle
- Code 08 driver's license
- Full up-to date CV required
